• • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened and unused.
• • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
• • Products must be returned in original packaging and condition.
• • International shipping outside Kuwait is available; shipping charges apply.
• • For UAE, Qatar, and India, returns are handled through our authorized trade partners.

Refund Process
